Tanks & Flipflops to SNOW?

That's right we got home from 80 degree weather in Vegas to frickin lovely snow on Monday! What a shocker. However we did have a fabulous weekend in Vegas. Mia just loved all the pool time she got. And she was NONSTOP in Vegas. Forget naps and sleeping she was wired! We kept busy all weekend. I think she loved M&M World the most. Poppa Russel taught her how to ride on the escalator and they have 4 levels! We also saw birds and fish and mermaids. She really loves the tank at the Silverton. It was a great weekend MINUS the ticket that Mommy got on the way down. I miss road trippin and thought it was a good idea for me to get some road time in. Well didn't work out that way. Mommy has to pay too much attention to daddies and babies and speed and radar detectors and that's where officer friendly comes into play. I was hoping to save grace but 92 and he spotted the radar detector - he just wasn't cutting any slack. So 92 it was - OUCH.

Mia is almost 2. She is having a fishing birthday, mostly daddies idea. But she picked the cake and out of every cake she saw nothing but a yellow tractor will do. I was so worried that this nail painted, clean, dainty, jewlery wearing thing was not going to be like me! Go figure. She is recognizing lots of letters and counting to 10. She knows all her basic colors and definately prefers yellow.

This last picture is our favorite family one. Mia has a new thing that she started doing where she loves to do a family hug. It just melts your heart. She is too cute.
