Marching On

Well Bart and Mia are both sick. Poor lil things! So while they are sleeping I'll catch you up on things. We recently celebrated Baby Haze's 1st birthday with all the family. Mia really had fun with Uncle Nick. I have to post the pictures just because Haze loved his Peanut Butter Banana Cake SO much, he is TOO cute. Mia now understands that her birthday is coming and she gets cake. She can also tell you how old she is going to be. It takes her fingers a minute to get there but she can count to 2.

Mia has been busy enjoying her My Gym classes that Granny bought her for Xmas. She can show you everything she does, just ask! We have also really enjoyed finally being able to get outdoors. We have taken walks and enough snow has melted that we finally made our way out to her swings. She got really red cheeks but wouldn't stop swinging.

She is VERY into jumping right now. She will jump around the whole block and through the parking lot and everywhere you let her! She is just starting to understand the Easter Bunny, he is cool because he jumps. Want a good workout, try jumping with her.

Mia now can identify most of her colors. She knows several shapes too. Its amazing how much and how fast she learns things. She can point out all the letters in her name as well as a few additional ones. She now reads books outloud by saying the letters, its really cute.

We are also potty training right now. She has been doing really good at it. We are a ways off but making progress every day. Once I can find a pair of panties to fit her, I think it will help! Skinny lil thing, must be all that jumping.
